I finally got to eat pancakes last Monday. I was so craving for it from watching Food Network's "Diners, Drive-in and Dives" ( I hope I got it right), so I freakn begged Ge to make me some. I bought Eating Right brand pancake mix (whole wheat) from Safeway and it was okay. I mean, of course it does not taste as yummy as the regular pancakes but hey, it was a guilt-free breakfast.

Pancakes
