


I did my grocery last Monday @ Safeway and stocked up on Eating healthy puddings, Whole wheat bread, turkey ham, Italian salad, Raspberry balsamic dressing (the cashier forgot to ring this up. yeheey! freebie for me) and soy milk for my oatmeal. I was inspired with Ross "healthy eating" habit.

hi mel!..gosh so hard. I gained 2 lbs..ugh!!! I'm working out 1.5 hr. now..sucks!!
