HAPPY 31st ANNIVERSARY!!!

Wow! 31 years together?!? I love you mom and dad. I admire how you handle marriage life with 3 children for 31 years. You balance each other. Mom I admire your sense of responsibility and the sacrifices you made for us. Dad I admire your pride and your sense of humor. Thanks for being there for us all these years. I hope to be married someday with my soulmate and grow old with him happily like you guys. I LOVE YOU BOTH!(-from your most loving child compared to your other 2 kids.LOL)

Just because we ♥ her!!!

Gosh! I miss the little monster. I know she is not real my niece (Ge constantly reminds me) but I love her like she is our blood. We all love her!!! Natalie brought so much joy to our family esp. to my parents because I know they've been longing to have grand kids. Nat is super sweet and she has so much life in her. You can talk to her about anything and it does not have to be all kiddie stuff. She is very spontaneous and smart. Aww..I miss her more now. Did I mention she likes hip hop songs?? I swear, this kid knows the lyrics more than I do. Her birthday is coming up and she's been wanting to wear the "Aurora" (sleeping beauty) dress, maybe Grandpa and Grandma (my parents) can get that for her as a birthday gift.

Mommy for few hours

Last Friday, I baby sat Natalie because my sis is not available since she has pink eye. I was elated since I wanted to spend time with her. To keep her busy and entertained, I let her play internet games from Disney.com. She navigated the site on her own which is surprisingly good considering she is only 3 years old. I did not give her any sweets so putting her to bed was a breeze (You tube cartoons help too. LOL). It was a fun night and Tito Gerald played with her a little. My bro picked her up past midnight already and I felt bad waking her up.

5K for 2009

I run my first 5K for 2009 yesterday May 26, 2009 @ the Mission City 5K run. I finished in 31.57 mins. and boy was leg cramping. I was running faster than my regular pace when I run Coyote Hills. My leg is telling me to stop but I remember what my sis said about running..."it's all in your head/mind not in your leg". I balked the pain by thinking about how good I will look with my new BCBG dress and shoes. LOL. It was well worth it and I got my first medal.
